Update:  Summer 2011

After a lot of thought we’ve decided to nix this idea. Although there are thousands of hi res images of Celebrities smoking floating around on the net – and we’ve got most of them, we just can’t take the risk of sharing them through the site.  A recent case where Getty Images decided to enforce copyright has shown us the light!

So sadly we can not post Jessica Alba lighting up in France, Ali Larter at a party, etc.

We fully understand copyright issues and it is never out intention to infringe upon the rights of the photographer or owner of the images.  We understand that this is how they make their living.  It is what it is… that’s the way the world works.

And yes there are public domain images, but sadly we do not have the resources to research what is or what is not public domain.
